As we continue to expand into new markets and products, you’ll play a key role in shaping what we trade and how we trade it.

β‘ What you’ll do
- Trade and monitor Day-Ahead and Intraday power markets
- Own and optimize quantitative / algorithmic trading strategies
- Develop, test, and deploy new models and signals
- Identify market inefficiencies and turn data into PnL
- Acquire, clean, structure, and maintain market and fundamental datasets
- Work hands-on with live trading and decision-making
π Markets
- Northern Europe with strong focus on UK & Ireland (IE)
- Day-Ahead and Intraday power markets
- Active expansion into new markets and trading opportunities
π§ What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in trading or quantitative roles
- Background in STEM or Finance / Econometrics
- Strong Python skills (data handling, analysis, production use)
- Proven ability to source, clean, and structure data from multiple providers
- Experience or strong interest in time series analysis & predictive modeling
- Self-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable with ownership
- Fluent in English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Aarhus, Denmark
π₯ Why join
- Early-stage startup with real influence on strategy and setup
- Direct exposure to live markets and performance
- High autonomy, fast decisions, no unnecessary bureaucracy
- Competitive base with a bonus structure that rewards performance β we want your compensation to grow with your results
If you want to build, trade, and perform β not just analyze β let’s talk.

Junior Quantitative Trader
About the job
π You don’t need a CV full of trading experience. You need to be obsessed with markets.
We’re a fast-growing power trading startup operating across European electricity markets β and we’re looking for a Junior Quantitative Trader who’s hungry to learn, build, and perform from day one.
You won’t be handed a playbook. You’ll help write it.
β‘ What you’ll do
- Monitor and support trading across Day-Ahead and Intraday power markets
- Assist in developing and testing quantitative trading strategies
- Work with real market data β acquire, clean, structure, and analyse it
- Help identify patterns and inefficiencies in live markets
- Build tools and models that actually get used in production
- Learn fast and take on more responsibility as you grow

No trading experience required. If you’ve spent evenings building models, exploring datasets, or just trying to understand how markets work β we want to hear from you.

- Learn directly from experienced traders β no corporate filter
- High autonomy, fast feedback, no unnecessary bureaucracy

Senior Backend engineer
About the job
We’re a fast-growing, performance-driven trading startup operating across European power markets, and we’re looking for a Backend / Software Engineer to build the data backbone our trading runs on. As we expand into new markets and products, the systems you build will directly feed the models, strategies, and trading consoles that generate PnL.
This is not a ticket-closing role. You’ll own a 24/7 production backend end to end β sourcing data, structuring it, and making sure it’s clean, complete, and there when a trader or an algo needs it. If a feed goes down at 3am, it matters, and you’ll build the systems so it doesn’t.
What you’ll do
- Build and own a robust 24/7 backend and database that ingests, structures, and serves market and fundamental data
- Integrate data from multiple providers and exchanges (power markets, TSOs, vendor APIs) into clean, reliable, query-ready datasets
- Design schemas and pipelines for timeseries data with correctness, freshness, and uptime as first-class concerns
- Deliver data to trading systems, models, and consoles β low-latency where it counts, trustworthy everywhere
- Build monitoring, alerting, and self-healing so failures surface fast and recover cleanly
- Work hands-on with traders and quants to turn their data needs into production systems
Stack & systems
- Python-based production services, databases, and APIs
- Multi-source data ingestion across Northern Europe with strong focus on UK & Ireland
- 24/7 automated services with monitoring, alerting, and crash resilience
- Direct interface with live trading systems and decision-making tools
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years building and running production backend or data systems
- Background in STEM, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong Python skills (production code, not just scripts)
- Proven ability to source, clean, and structure data from multiple providers and APIs
- Solid grasp of databases, schema design, and timeseries data
- Experience keeping services reliable 24/7 β error handling, retries, monitoring, deployment
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented, comfortable being the person responsible for uptime
- Fluent in English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Aarhus, Denmark
Why join
- Early-stage startup with real influence on architecture and setup
- Your systems directly enable live trading and performance
- High autonomy, fast decisions, no unnecessary bureaucracy
- Competitive base with a bonus structure that rewards results
- Build something from the ground up rather than maintain someone else’s legacy
If you want to build systems that actually run the business β not just support it β let’s talk.
